Job Summary:

We seek a professional with proven knowledge & experience of list-building methodologies and techniques. Conducting & Collecting Information on Primary/ Secondary/ Web research to find out the contact details of relevant business executives. Contact profiling through various search engines, websites & database tools.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and compile accurate and comprehensive contact lists.
  2. Utilize various online resources, databases, and tools to gather relevant information on prospects.
  3. Identify and target key decision-makers within identified companies to expand the sales pipeline.
  4. Generate high-quality leads that align with the company's target market and ideal customer profile (ICP).
  5. Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and organized.
  6. Regularly clean and verify the integrity of the data to avoid duplications and outdated entries.
  7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their requirements and provide lists that meet their criteria.
  8. Support sales campaigns by providing targeted lists and segmenting data as needed.
  9. Monitor the performance of the generated lists, tracking key metrics such as lead quality and conversion rates.
  10. Provide regular reports and insights on list-building activities and their impact on sales and marketing efforts.
  11. Stay updated on new tools and technologies that can enhance lead generation and data management efforts.

Qualifications:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in a lead generation, data management, or research-focused role.
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining high-quality lead databases.
  3. Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  4. Familiarity with lead generation tools and software like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.
  5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  6. Ability to utilize various tools and databases for data collection.
  7. Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data.
