Grassroots Growth Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Grassroots Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for building and activating strong networks to grow our user base and community across key markets.

  • Create and manage referral-driven, community-led, and partnership-based growth strategies
  • Leverage personal and professional networks, affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates to expand our reach and adoption
  • Develop reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces
  • Track and analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures)

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth. They should have a proven track record of building and scaling referral or ambassador programs, as well as strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities. The successful applicant will also have excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates.
