Job Overview:

The Deputy Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of quality standards within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish clear inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products, thereby ensuring seamless execution of quality standards.
  2. Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance through strategic initiatives.
  3. Collect and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement, subsequently developing and implementing quality enhancement actions with cross-functional teams.
  4. Lead the Failure Analysis (FA) process for customer returns, submitting comprehensive 8D reports that incorporate effective problem-solving strategies.
  5. Coordinate audits, including customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits, ensuring timely closure of identified issues.

Requirements:

To excel as a Deputy Quality Manager, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  2. At least three years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
  3. Native English proficiency, with Chinese proficiency being a strong plus.
  4. Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations.
  5. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management systems.
  6. Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
