Vernacular Outreach Specialist Position

The Vernacular Outreach Coordinator will translate content from English to Hindi for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate written English content into accurate and meaningful Hindi, including website content, social media posts, news releases, and other outreach materials.
  • Coordinate with freelance translators and proofreaders working in other Indian languages to ensure smooth delivery of multilingual campaign content.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's Hindi website, ensuring regular updates with the latest campaign news, blogs, and resources.
  • Support content development and management of regional social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in translation from English to Hindi.
  • Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage a team of freelance translators and liaise with internal departments.
  • Excellent translation skill from English to Hindi and verbal communication skills in both languages.
