Inventory Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day inventory operations, including Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Goods Issue (GI) processing in SAP.

About the Role:

The Inventory Manager – Store Operations is responsible for handling stock receipt, storage, and issuance. This includes receiving, storing, and issuing of stock, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods as per standards, maintaining accurate stock records, and updating inventory levels regularly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
    • Process GRN for received materials in SAP.
    • Process GI transactions for stock issuance.
    • Maintain documentation of stock movements in SAP and generate reports as required.
    • Monitor stock consumption patterns and report discrepancies.
  • Stock Issuance to Kitchen:
    • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of raw materials and consumables to the kitchen.
    • Coordinate with the kitchen team to manage inventory needs and avoid shortages.
    • Assist in audits and inspections as required.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Adhere to industry standards for inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and storage guidelines.
    • Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should have experience with SAP and inventory management software, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
