Job Title: Store Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth store operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately record raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables in the stores.
- Monitor stock levels, raise alerts for reordering, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize inventory management.
- Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments based on approved requisitions.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure availability of required materials for uninterrupted operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Commerce, or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering setup.
- Familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
