Job Description

Gabit aims to empower individuals to live healthier and longer through its integrated health and wellness platform. The company's philosophy is rooted in the interconnectedness of health, offering evidence-based solutions that leverage key pillars of health and wellness – nutrition, fitness, sleep, mental wellness, and skincare.

The platform provides personalized nutrition and fitness programs to achieve health goals such as weight loss and manage chronic conditions. It also includes fitness wearables and science-backed skincare products, enabling users to upgrade their health.

As a Performance Marketer, you will expand Gabit's digital presence by utilizing cutting-edge performance marketing strategies to achieve targeted objectives. You will leverage expertise in Amazon Ads and e-commerce platforms to optimize campaigns, maximize return on investment, and drive quality traffic and conversions globally.

Your daily tasks would involve:

  • Developing strategic advertising campaigns tailored to business objectives, target audience, and resource allocation
  • Conducting thorough keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing Amazon ads campaigns across domestic and international platforms
  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, return on ad spend, and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed key performance indicators
  • Regularly analyzing campaign performance data using analytics and other reporting tools
  • Generating reports outlining key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon ads, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and audience targeting
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
