Job Title: Principal Design Architect

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Design Architect to lead our luxury residential projects. This is an exceptional chance to work on ultra-bespoke, high-end architectural endeavors that push the boundaries of design and innovation.


Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver bespoke, timeless homes that embody sophistication, functionality, and elegance for high-net-worth clients.
  • Lead architectural design from concept development to final execution for prestigious residential estates.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants including structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, and interior design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Solve complex design and site challenges through meticulous detailing, material selection, and envelope performance expertise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to interpret their vision and transform it into built reality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with top-tier building standards and codes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to guarantee the highest levels of design integrity and construction craftsmanship.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects.
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing at least three completed high-end residences (10,000 sq. ft. or larger).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with high-profile clientele.
  • Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit preferred), and 3D visualization software.
  • In-depth knowledge of classical and contemporary architectural styles, luxury materials, and interior detailing.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client communication skills.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
  • Experience in estate-scale master planning and coordination of multiple structures and amenity zones.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices, smart home integration, and cutting-edge building technologies.
