Leadership Opportunity:

Establish a team of accounting, compliance, and financial control experts to drive full-spectrum bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and inventory management across the company.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee global financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Supervise books of accounts for entities based out of USA, Hong Kong & China, guaranteeing proper recording, reviewing, and reconciling financial transactions.
  • Manage the monthly financial close process, including accurate cost recording, journal entry review, account balance reconciliation, and report preparation.
  • Develop scalable processes to support rapid growth and ensure timely completion of regulatory filings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Proven expertise in retail industry and inventory accounting.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and take on significant responsibility.
