Looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as an Associate Software Tester. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring our clients a competitive advantage through defining their technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising architectural solutions that help them achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements.

About the Role
  • Risks found during audits relating to the way we target compliance learning to the worker are addressed by this project.
  • We intend to introduce a new capability that ensures our assignment rules accurately target risks by gathering attested user profile data from the individual directly, giving data that describes risk activities in a direct manner.
Key Objectives
  • To improve the targeting of Ethics and Compliance Training to At Risk and At Higher Risk audiences.
  • To mitigate an ongoing SECO audit finding by systemically targeting against workers.
Scope
  • This project will help us meet the objectives by improving relevance, impacting learners get nominated, and delivering learning offerings in the right modality at the right time in the most efficient and effective way.
  • The project plans to enhance the CCA tool and ERS reporting system, implement Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) risk assessment as Pilot, and build a scalable solution that can cater to other risk areas with fewer changes.
Mandatory Skills

  • Test Planning and execution.
Preferred Skills
  • API testing is not necessary.

In this position, you will require 2-8 years of experience in software testing and QA, specifically with Workday. You should have a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
