Chief Executive Officer Position

The Chief Executive Officer will own the enterprise's profit and loss, lead the next phase of growth, and expand markets, operations, and technology.

This role requires a builder-leader who can scale a mid-sized manufacturing company into a globally competitive enterprise.

  • Owning end-to-end profit and loss and value creation;
  • Taking enterprise-wide ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG;
  • Driving market expansion with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals;
  • Building a predictable order book and margin profile;
  • Modernizing manufacturing;
  • Leading digital/ERP transformation;
  • Strengthening supply chain resilience;
  • Establishing a performance culture;

The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
