The Role:

  • Documenting requirements and detailed technical specifications will be your key responsibility.
  • You will shepherd projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

The Responsibilities:

  • Turn incoming project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications.
  • Review requirements with stakeholders and gain consensus before development starts.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects in collaboration with the website development team and stakeholders.
  • Present project deliverables to stakeholders.

The Qualifications:

  • A related university degree or college diploma is required, along with an acceptable equivalent of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management expertise.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with US stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is necessary.
  • Strong organization and English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
  • Data driven, including ability to complete analytics to inform road maps, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor while organizing resources to resolve system outages or feature failures.
