Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master with exceptional project management skills to lead an international project in Chennai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project success through effective planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agile principles and best practices;
  • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks that may hinder project progress;
  • Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with established goals and objectives;
  • Utilize Azure DevOps dashboards to track and visualize project metrics, sprint progress, and team performance;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience in Agile project management;
  • +5 years of experience leading projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and facilitation skills for ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
