Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning, execution, and relationship-building. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, customer needs, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.


• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.

Requirements


• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.


• OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
