As a seasoned technical project leader, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects for various AI products. With 12-16 years of experience, you will ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies.

You will manage an IT service ticket management system, resolving and triaging user issues while escalating as needed for timely resolution and user satisfaction.

Closely collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.

Track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear status reports to stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.

Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects desired.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile environment essential.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or any IT service ticket management system beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
