  • Own Performance Marketing: Drive targeted advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplaces, focusing on ROAS, ROI, and revenue growth.
  • Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, execute smart promotions, and run campaigns that drive tangible results.
  • Optimize Everything: Ensure product listings, conversion funnels, and overall user experience are optimized for maximum impact.
  • Data with Action: Analyze key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform data-driven growth plans.
  • Build Partnerships: Negotiate premium placements, co-branded campaigns, and visibility slots with category managers to amplify our reach.
  • Expand Horizons: Explore new platforms, partnerships, and opportunities to scale our Desi story globally.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • Have 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce.
  • Have scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands, especially in ghee, oils, natural/organic foods.
  • Can balance numbers and storytelling, living in data dashboards yet thinking like a marketer.
  • Are familiar with CAC, LTV, and ROAS concepts but also understand brand equity and consumer love.
  • Want to be part of a movement that combines tradition with modern digital-first growth.
