Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-level business intelligence solutions using Power BI.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Power BI development, data modeling, and visualization, as well as strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M). They will also have experience with SQL and relational databases, and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

In addition, the candidate should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be able to handle large datasets and develop performance-optimized dashboards. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (e.g. Git) is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using best practices.">
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.">
• Create and maintain efficient and scalable data models using Power BI and DAX.">
• Connect Power BI to various data sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Azure, APIs, Databricks, Snowflake etc.).">
• Optimize Power BI datasets and reports for performance and usability.">
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all BI solutions.">
• Provide end-user training and support for BI tools.">
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration.">
• Stay up to date with Power BI updates and integrate new features into existing solutions.">
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.">

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.">
• 6+ years of experience in Power BI development, data modeling, and visualization.">
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M).">
• Microsoft Power Platform knowledge (Power Apps, Power Automate).">
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.">
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.">
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
• Proven experience in handling large datasets and developing performance-optimized dashboards.">
• Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, gateways, workspaces).">
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (e.g. Git).">

• Experience with Azure Data Platform (Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL, etc.).">
• Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau, SSRS, or Qlik (optional but beneficial).">
