Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in processing and servicing transactions, ensuring seamless operations for all customer accounts.

As a Transactions Specialist II, you will handle document transactions, extract checks and remittances from envelopes, input data into systems, and maintain the highest standards of production and accuracy.

Key to success in this role is critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which involve adhering to established routines and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, handling customer inquiries and requests related to account balances and transactions, escalating non-routine issues to senior team members, and contributing to innovation efforts by applying knowledge of artificial intelligence and automation to optimize transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and clear transactions with precision and speed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues, applying sound judgment and experience to identify potential solutions.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging AI and automation to streamline transaction processes.

  • Profound understanding of transaction management processes, encompassing processing, clearing, servicing, researching, and settling transactions.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Experience in resolving intricate issues, utilizing expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Developing proficiency in AI and automation, with a focus on applying these technologies to enhance transaction efficiency.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and market products, enabling effective compliance in transaction activities.
