Key Responsibilities of the Service Bulletin Engineer Role:

  • Analyze source files and create complex service bulletins for airframes and systems, with a focus on medium to high complexity.
  • Manage authoring processes for standard aircraft documentation, including mechanical and electrical components, and maintain knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
  • Create and update draft service bulletins using editor tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in project management software for comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
  • Cross-verify configuration analysis provided by cross-functional teams and update SB CAD files as necessary.
  • Coordinate with visual aids teams to launch clear and concise visual materials.
  • Engage with onsite stakeholders during clarification sessions and provide technical support to the team.
  • Organize meetings to enhance deliverable quality and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of simplified language guidelines and all quality assurance process, as well as quality control checklists.
