Job Title: Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client employee health and benefits programs, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance their overall well-being.
  • Develop strategic recommendations to drive the growth of our business while delivering exceptional value to our clients.
  • Analyze industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative advice and thought leadership on employee health and benefits topics.
  • Cross-sell products and services to existing clients, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients, collaborating with other teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and execute periodic presentations for specific client groups, providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Develop and manage long-term benefit strategies for clients, driving business growth and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Benchmark survey data for client plans, summarizing reviewed information and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements:
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of success in managing high-performing teams.
