Lead ADAS Engineering Specialist

As a seasoned expert in advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), you will oversee the engineering design, development, and integration of critical components, including sensors, cameras, radar, lidar, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Oversight: Manage technical risk assessments, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless system integration into OEM vehicle platforms.
  • Customer Interface: Serve as the primary technical interface between our company and OEM customers for ADAS product development, driving discussions on system integration requirements and validation processes.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical reviews, design reviews, and program milestones with OEMs, ensuring alignment between OEM requirements and internal engineering capabilities.
  • Project Management: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in ADAS development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ADAS Expertise: Strong knowledge of ADAS technologies, hands-on experience in ADAS system design integration and validation.
  • OEM Experience: Proven track record of working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry.
  • Automotive Engineering: Strong foundation in automotive engineering, embedded systems, and control systems.
  • Communication Protocols: Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay).
