Job Title: Fabric Lead

The Fabric Lead will oversee the design and implementation of data solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.

This role requires a strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance. The successful candidate will have experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and overseeing the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions.
  • Leading a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Staying up-to-date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.

In this role, you will define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics. You will also establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering and/or architecture.
  • 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric (client implementation, not POC) projects.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
