Job Overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Lead to lead and manage projects related to process and product improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Drive Six Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements through process mapping, gap analysis, and implementation planning.
  • Training and Development: Provide technical training and guidance for Green Belt professionals on the planning, development, and implementation of Six Sigma projects, including data collection, statistical analysis, and process control.
  • Process Improvement: Employ Six Sigma methodology into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives by identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities, developing and implementing solutions, and monitoring progress.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and document specific problems and resolution alternatives, examine a specific problem and understand the perspective of each involved stakeholder, and develop alternative techniques for assessing accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Lean Methodology: Drive LEAN methodology in manufacturing by streamlining processes, reducing waste, and improving efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Six Sigma Methodology: Apply DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodology to improve manufacturing processes and control improvements by eliminating root causes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in driving LEAN methodology in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with statistical analysis software.
