As a senior leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and leading cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive innovation and growth
  • Leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver technical projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborating with product management, design, and other departments to prioritize and align engineering efforts with business objectives
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the performance and progress of technical projects

Additionally, you will have experience working with agile methodologies, cloud native technologies, and MERN stack. Familiarity with data storage systems such as Postgres, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch is also required.

As a seasoned professional, you will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering building software products, with at least 5 years in people management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with agile methodologies, cloud native technologies, and MERN stack
  • Familiarity with data storage systems such as Postgres, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch
  • Ability to lead development projects using agile methodologies
  • Experience preparing & delivering executive level presentations to business and technology audiences
  • Ability to provide functional and directional guidance to engineers and recommend policy or strategic direction changes to management
  • Experience in leading development projects using agile methodologies
