Key Responsibilities :

  • To conceive and implement creative concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various projects, overseeing them to completion.
  • Direct and contribute to video editing, motion graphics creation, and post-production processes for impactful results.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
  • Mentor and inspire the creative team, coordinators, and other relevant staff.
  • Delegate tasks, oversee project timelines to ensure timely completion of all creative elements.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and align with project goals.
  • Understand design and copy, recognizing fresh approaches to advertising.
  • Revise creatives, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback.
  • Supervise multiple project operations.
  • Collaborate with Client Servicing Team Leads to understand client requirements.
  • Work closely with Art Directors, Illustrators, Videographers to utilize their talents effectively.
  • Guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.

Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, video editing, and brand development.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, DaVinchi Resolve, Canva, CorelDraw.
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
  • Social media experience, digital films, and campaigns.
  • Excellent command of communication.
  • Promote high-quality work and stand up for great ideas.
