We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer L3 to lead the development of our enterprise data platforms, drive innovation and adoption of new technologies, and mentor junior and mid-level data engineers.

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure data infrastructure.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of cutting-edge tools and frameworks for data ingestion, processing, and governance.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data engineers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and career development support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data engineering initiatives with business objectives.
  • Establish data engineering best practices, defining standards for pipeline architecture, data quality, security, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in programming, automation, and orchestration, including mastery of Python and workflow orchestration tools. They will also have a deep understanding of data storage, processing, and governance, as well as experience with big data technologies and strong security and compliance expertise.

The selected candidate will communicate technical concepts and business impacts to executives and decision-makers.
