Creatives hold the key to growth, but most teams still approach them as art projects. Not here. At our shop, creatives equal performance. Every image, video, and line of copy you develop will be tested in the real world — ads, product detail pages, lifecycle flows, social media. You'll receive real-time feedback, iterate daily, and see your work directly impact cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate ad creatives (static, video, copy) using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Firefly). Deploy directly in Meta/Google Ads Manager.
• Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to improve conversion.
• Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
• Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and user-generated content-style creatives.
• Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines — not just design visuals.
• Produce daily creative variations, test fast, and learn what works.
• Monitor click-through rate, conversion rate, return on ad spend, engagement. Come up with insights or adjust based on analytics recommendations.

Tools We Use

• Ai: Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs
• Deployment: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Interakt, MoEngage
• Quick Editing: Canva, CapCut (optional traditional Adobe suite if needed)

Requirements

• 0–3 years in creative/design/marketing/content roles OR strong AI creative portfolio
• Proven ability to use AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets
• Copywriting chops: you can write hooks, not just design banners
• Comfort with basic metrics: CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement rates
• Fast learner, scrappy operator — prefers shipping 10 variations over polishing 1
• Obsessed with performance: care less about 'pretty' and more about 'profitable'
• Worked at an early-stage start-up and shipped across chaos

A Day in Your Life

• Check performance metrics from yesterday's creatives.
• Generate 3–5 new ad variations (image + video + copy).
• Deploy creatives into Ads Manager / lifecycle tools.
• Review early signals, note what's working vs. not, prep tomorrow's iterations.
• Ship fresh PDP visuals, social content experiments, and retention assets.
