Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned application leader with 8-10 years of experience in managing enterprise applications across various functions within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and support for IFRS programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal).
  • Ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.
  • Supporting integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native applications.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms – AZURE & AWS.
  • Knowledge of AI & Agentic AI application use cases.
  • Evaluation and development of new applications.

Regulatory Support:

  • Liaising with external regulators to ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.

Project Management:

  • Driving application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects to deliver business value.

Incident Resolution:

  • Leading resolution of application-related incidents through effective problem management processes.

Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Managing vendor relationships to optimize SLAs and reduce costs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborating with various teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintaining accurate documentation, SOPs, and compliance records to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
