  • Growth & Engagement (25%)
  • Deliver 15% monthly follower growth and 10%+ engagement rates.
  • Share weekly updates, including photos, events, and announcements.
  • Drive at least six Google reviews per month per location.
  • Campaigns & Initiatives (15%)
  • Execute localized digital campaigns monthly.
  • Train students to create content via Social Media Clubs.
  • Track and report key performance indicators with actionable insights.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Five videos weekly, daily shorts, and five or more static posts weekly.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on short-form video.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record of achieving 15%+ monthly account growth.
