Blockchain Engineering Leader


We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the development of next-generation crypto-enabled assets for the metaverse.


The successful candidate will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across NFTs, Crypto tokens, and digital assets.


  • Partner with blockchain contract engineers and partners to execute on the product roadmap related to NFTs and crypto tokens.
  • Develop the architectural framework to integrate multiple blockchain technologies (Web 3 wallets, Ethereum, Layer 2 scaling solutions, decentralized storage, etc.) and traditional gaming and operational systems.
  • Contribute to long-term technical and product strategy around next-generation metaverses and crypto-centric economies.
  • Facilitate prioritization and planning to meet ambitious growth goals.
  • Making data-driven decisions to help the team meet goals efficiently.
  • Encourage the engineering team to follow best practices and deliver high-quality work.
  • Build a culture where everyone does their best work.
  • Recruit and develop a team of blockchain engineers to work at the intersection of gaming and crypto.

Key Requirements:
  • Technical evaluation of blockchains, wallets, scaling solutions, smart contracts, and other Web 3 systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in blockchain technology, preferably with expertise in Ethereum and other leading platforms.
  • Familiarity with Web 3 development tools, such as Truffle Suite or Hardhat.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
