About this Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Management Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing the management of employee data and ensuring the smooth operation of various insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate employee data for clients
  • Overseeing Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies)
  • Coordinating with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections through endorsements, and CD reconciliations
  • Maintaining endorsement tracker and ensuring timely updates in system
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
  • Assisting clients' HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support
  • Preparing weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and client executives
  • Supporting client executives with data management for policy renewals
  • Effectively managing data on internal enrollment portals
  • Providing assistance and resolving client queries through iTrack (ticketing tool)
  • Conducting periodic data reconciliation and submitting the report to client
  • Coordinating with TPAs for E-cards, DNF claims and no claim confirmation for deletion endorsement processing
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems
