Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest quality of our software applications by developing and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, to identify and document defects in the issue tracking system.

In addition, you will participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

About This Role:

  • This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications through manual testing and defect identification.
  • You will work collaboratively with our QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.
  • We encourage innovation and creativity in this role, and we're looking for someone who can think outside the box and come up with new ideas to improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans for software applications.
  • Perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  • Identify and document defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
  • Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience.
  • Document and report testing activities and project quality status.
  • Follow established QA Best Practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on manual testing of software applications.
  • Experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans.
  • Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
