Cloud Migration Leader Position

We are looking for an expert in cloud migration to lead the transition of our CRM applications from AWS to GCP.

The selected professional must have extensive experience in end-to-end cloud migrations, ensuring business continuity, high performance, and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration strategy and execution of Service CRM from AWS to GCP.
  • Design optimized target GCP architecture.
  • Plan and implement database migrations with integrity, replication, and cut-over strategies.
  • Ensure application compatibility across backend, frontend, and mobile.
  • Set up and optimize GCP services, including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, Firestore/MongoDB Atlas, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, IAM, Cloud Monitoring.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for seamless builds and deployments on GCP.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning during migration.
  • Collaborate with internal development, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth handover and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide detailed documentation of architecture, migration steps, rollback plans, and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years focused on cloud migrations.
  • Strong expertise in both AWS and GCP architectures.
  • Proven track record of migrating mission-critical, enterprise-scale applications from AWS to GCP.
  • Solid understanding of .NET Core backend applications, Angular, and React Native mobile apps.
  • Expertise in multi-DB migrations with performance tuning and schema optimization.
  • Experience in containerization and orchestration.
  • Strong grasp of cloud security practices, IAM, compliance frameworks, VPC setup, load balancing, and failover design.
  • Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and cloud DevOps toolchains.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, risk assessment, and execution.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with hybrid cloud deployments.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools.
  • Prior experience in automotive or CRM-based applications.

Terms:

  • Duration: 3 months (extendable).
  • Availability: Full-time, during all working days.
  • Mode: Onsite/Remote/Hybrid.
  • Reporting: Directly to Project Lead/CTO.
