Job Title: Oracle JD Edwards S&D Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle JD Edwards S&D Specialist.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who has extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module. As an Oracle JD Edwards S&D Specialist, you will be responsible for providing second-level support for the resolution of service requests and system defects.

You will work closely with business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation to closure. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving high-severity user issues and system defects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Second level support for resolution of service requests and system defects
  • Provide guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving very complex issues
  • Review and approve root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation
  • Interact with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module
  • Techno-functional skills to support issues are desirable
  • Support for interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay, and Labelling solutions is desirable
  • Ability to understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting process
  • Application testing for all system changes and projects
  • Knowledge transfer and other support-related activity
