Job Title: Corporate Learning Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Learning Strategist to join our team at Placon HR Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive learning programs that drive business results.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record in needs assessment, training design, and performance management. Your skills will include a strong understanding of instructional design and training methodologies, excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analyses to identify training and development needs across various departments and levels within the organization.

• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to determine specific skills gaps and future training requirements.

• Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive annual training calendar aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.

• Create and oversee engaging training programs and workshops that address identified needs, including leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills.

• Support the performance management process by developing tools and resources that enhance employee performance and career progression.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee performance and organizational objectives.

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement.

• Partner with external trainers, consultants, and vendors to enhance the learning experience and introduce new methodologies.

• Work closely with the HR team to identify trends in employee attrition and develop targeted strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM) is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record in needs assessment, training design, and performance management, preferably in a conglomerate or large, diverse organization.

Skills:

Strong understanding of instructional design and training methodologies.

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
