Job Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality software solutions. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects efficiently.

  • Conducting regular team calls, composing detailed instructions

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between all teams throughout the product lifecycle (Release Planning, Release Team Meetings, Feature Integration, and Program Increments)
  • This role is responsible for project change control, leading technical installations, and tracking software versions and configurations.
  • Effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders is essential
  • The candidate will ensure project commitments are being consistently planned, integrated, and met across departments and teams.
  • Removing impediments impacting teams is crucial
  • Driving processes, cadence, and ceremonies across teams is key
  • Planning feature integration/program integration reviews with stakeholders is vital
  • Protecting teams from external tasking and interacting with department leads is necessary
  • Supporting risk management and mitigations is essential
  • Serving as a liaison between teams, department leads, and stakeholders is critical

Required Experience:

  • Experience as a project manager or product engineer is required
  • Demonstratable experience in large-scale program implementations where multiple applications are involved
  • Agile product development with a strong focus on delivery is essential
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes is crucial
  • Supporting stakeholders, colleagues, peers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle is vital
  • Solid experience with system integration to enhance and automate business processes is necessary
  • Expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Make/Deliver is required

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing projects using agile methodologies is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in large enterprise matrix organizations is beneficial
  • Certification in areas of expertise is advantageous
