
US Insurance Client Call Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our international voice process team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to US-based insurance companies/patients, engaging customers in meaningful conversations, handling objections professionally, and collaborating with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to adapt to US time zones and work night shifts. They will also possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 14 years of experience in outbound calling for US clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies/patients as per process requirements.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather required information.
- Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 14 years of experience in outbound calling, for US clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
- Open to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
