**Job Responsibility**:

- Quick in acknowledging queries to Overseas Agents/Clients within the stipulated timeframe of Maximum 15 minutes.
- Overseas queries which includes rate quotation & response to agents/clients should be responded within the stipulated timeframe of Maximum 30 Minutes.
- To attend Customer/Agent Complaints & ensure Corrective Actions
- Regular Feedback from Clients
- Responsible for negotiating with overseas agents, make proper bookings & plan accordingly
- Daily basis Calls/Follow-Ups to Overseas Agents/Clients so as to increase the business & report of the same must be prepared and share with the reporting manager
- Develop effective working relationships with customers/Agents through regular follow-ups and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
- Updated DSR’s to be sent on weekly basis and daily basis.
- Follows the set processes within quality guidelines of senior people
