Public Health BIM Modeler Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Public Health BIM Modeler to lead our team in creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects. This role requires a strong background in using Revit & Navisworks, as well as knowledge of drainage, water supply, storm water, and fire protection services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex BIM models that adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate components into a cohesive model.
  • Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Maintain compliance with public health facility regulations.
  • Oversee BIM workflows, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality BIM products on time.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in using Revit and Navisworks software.
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of public health facility design principles.
  • Basic understanding of fire protection services (advantageous).
