About the Role

As an Enterprise Database Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing database solutions that meet business requirements;
  • Monitoring and maintaining database performance, ensuring optimal operation and minimizing downtime;
  • Developing and implementing backup and restore strategies to ensure data integrity;
  • Securing databases by developing policies, procedures, and controls;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Microsoft SQL Server DBA experience;
  • Microsoft Azure DB (IaaS & PaaS) experience;
  • Experience with SSIS / SSAS / SSRS;
  • Data Warehousing experience;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field;
  • Certifications such as MCTS, MCITP, and/or MVP a plus;
  • Azure certifications (AZ-300 & AZ-104) a strong advantage.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
