Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic development and execution of our Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall AI strategy and roadmap to drive business growth and innovation.">
• Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects from ideation to implementation and performance analysis, ensuring timely delivery and maximum ROI.">
• Financial Acumen: Oversee AI-related budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability and operational efficiency, leveraging financial expertise to inform business decisions.">
• P&L Ownership: Manage P&L for AI-related products and services, balancing innovation with cost control and delivering value to stakeholders.">
• Team Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.">
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data analytics, product, and business units to implement AI solutions at scale, driving collaboration and alignment across functions.">
• Ethical Compliance: Ensure responsible and ethical deployment of AI technologies in accordance with industry standards, maintaining a strong commitment to ethics and social responsibility.">

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 20 years IT industry experience with 10+ years in AI/technology, including 5 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.">
• P&L Management: Proven experience in managing P&L for technology or AI-driven products/services, with a solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects.">
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision, with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of their applications.">
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects of AI projects, including cost management and ROI measurement, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to make informed decisions.">
• Project Delivery: Experience scaling AI initiatives and delivering impactful business results, with a focus on timeliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.">
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with a clear and concise communication style that resonates with diverse audiences.">
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience building, motivating, and managing high-performing teams, with a strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, and mentoring.">

Preferred Qualifications:
