Chief Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Procurement Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key IT vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal service delivery.
• Negotiate, review, and manage IT contracts with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor vendor performance against established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• IDentify potential risks in vendor relationships and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards.

• 6-8 years of experience in procurement or vendor management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing IT contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.

Competitive salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
