Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
    
  1. Zoho CRM Management
            Administer and maintain the Zoho CRM system, including user management, data management, and customization.
            Configure modules, fields, workflows, and reports to meet business requirements.
            Monitor CRM performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  2. Process Automation
            Design and implement automated workflows within Zoho applications to improve efficiency.
            Work closely with different departments to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  3. User Support and Training
            Provide support to end-users, resolving technical issues related to Zoho applications.
            Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to help team members effectively use Zoho products.
  4. Data Integrity and Reporting
            Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Zoho applications.
            Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into business performance.
            Collaborate with management to develop KPIs and track key metrics.
  5. Integration and Customization
            Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party tools and systems.
            Customize Zoho applications using Deluge scripting, API integration, and third-party tools as required.
  6. Continuous Improvement
            Stay updated with the latest Zoho product features, updates, and best practices.
            Proactively recommend and implement enhancements to the Zoho environment to support business growth.

Qualifications
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Zoho products, particularly Zoho CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho apps is a plus.
  • Experience with Deluge scripting and API integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
    
  • Experience with other CRM systems or business process management tools.
  • Certification in Zoho CRM or other Zoho applications.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
