Job Summary:

We're seeking a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in paid media to lead and scale our advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads. As the head of paid media, you'll oversee performance-driven campaigns and own our media buying strategy from top to bottom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full-funnel strategies for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Manage high-budget campaigns with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
  • Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
  • Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly
About You:
  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
  • Proven success managing budgets across regions
  • Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
