Creative Strategist

As a seasoned creative expert, you will play a pivotal role in crafting customer-centric strategies that elevate brand storytelling and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives.
  • Elevate brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns while optimizing for diverse customer segments.
  • Support data-driven personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to meet evolving shopper needs.

Strategic Vision & Campaign Development:

  • Translate customer insights, trends, and data into innovative concepts that boost conversion rates and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging digital experiences across websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams—performance marketing, product, design, analytics—to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards are met.

Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Leverage customer behavior data, A/B testing results, and performance metrics to refine strategic approaches and maximize ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on campaigns to achieve KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and sales.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  • Proven track record of developing integrated campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and compelling narratives.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
