Business Intelligence Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Leader to manage and drive our organization's analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, 2 years of working knowledge of SAS and SQL, and a strong background in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex BI dashboards from scratch using Tableau Desktop and create efficient data manipulation scripts with SAS.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, gather requirements, and ensure smooth project progress through collaboration with customers and technical teams.
  • Proactively identify and address issues to meet timely resolution and maintain high-quality deliverables.

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to apply judgment to plan and execute tasks effectively.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
