About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator with 13+ years of experience in Digital banking, CRM, Loan domains. This individual will play a key role in coordinating test activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proactive in communication, and demonstrate a passion for operational excellence in testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate test execution activities based on defined strategies and plans.
  • Review change requests and analysis updates to assess their impact on test plans and schedules.
  • Monitor daily test progress, environment readiness, and execution blockers; escalate issues proactively.
  • Support test execution including system integration testing, functional testing, regression, and UAT phases.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings to ensure smooth test operations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to align on timelines, risks, and milestones related to test execution.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Software Testing Concepts and SDLC processes.
  • Proven experience in coordinating test execution activities within complex projects, ideally in the financial domain.
  • Hands-on experience with test case preparation, test case execution, and quality reporting.
  • Experience with test planning and strategy development, especially in coordination with QA Leads or domain owners.
  • Proficiency in using test management tools and defect tracking systems.
