About Us

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to drive our brand's creative vision and execution.

This role requires defining the design language, building brand guidelines, and leading a small creative team while maintaining hands-on high-quality design work.

The ideal candidate will create and oversee social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collaterals that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact.

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels, driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and defining the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Leading and mentoring a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Designing and overseeing social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborating with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Building and streamlining creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Staying ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Leading brainstorming sessions and inspiring breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balancing hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand / agency ecosystem. Exposure to a digital or consumer tech ecosystem is preferred.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller, high on EQ.
