Key Trader Role

We are seeking a skilled Trader to leverage our proprietary research pipelines and execution engines to maximize profit and loss while maintaining disciplined risk management.

This role is ideal for self-directed traders with a verifiable track record of profitability looking to amplify their edge with advanced infrastructure and capital backing.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time.
  • Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies.
  • Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks.
  • Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research.
  • Share insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency.
  • Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments.
  • Contribute to a culture of rigorous research and collaborative learning.

About the Position:
