Job Title:
Circle Vi Store & Outbound Mini Store Lead

Role Overview:
Manage the Sales, Service and Operations for the Retail business in a defined geography. Drive productivity and profitability of Vi Stores & Outbound Mini Store in the said geography.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Vi Store & ViMS performance.
  2. Foster uniform customer experience agenda across formats and drive digital adoption.
  3. Drive Channel Profitability by building store level Productivity, Line item wise revenue visibility, driving additional revenue by alliances for all formats.
  4. Drive Digital First culture through Smart Sales Conversions, One Serve Usage, and GMB ratings.
